If personalized tickets are sold for an event, and you order tickets via our webpages for further people, we will collect the names and e-mail addresses of these people. Should a personalized ticket be reissued in another person’s name, we will collect the name, e-mail address and the information set out on the personal identity card of the person whose ticket is to be reissued. These data will be used exclusively to review whether the person asking for the reissuance of the tickets in another name is able to provide proof of his or her being the person whose name is entered on the personalized ticket as the party authorized to use it. The data will not be used for any other purposes. Thereafter, we will immediately delete the data collected in the context of issuing a personalized ticket in someone else’s name. Moreover, we will collect the name of the person purchasing the personalized ticket issued in another name as well as his or her e-mail address.
These data are collected, stored and used only for the purposes set out hereinbelow and only insofar as their collection, storage and use are required for the purposes of:
• Opening a customer account;
